Staff Profiles

Don- Don is the General Manager of the Lock Department. He started at Rueschhoff's in 1986, under the watchful eyes of Merle Ingle and Jim Hane. Don is a registered CRL (Certified Registered Locksmith). It is likely Don has met every person in Douglas County over the last 20 years - typically on their worst day.

Jeff- Jeff came to Rueschhoff's via Topeka and Colorado. Jeff is a registered Locksmith passing his CRL test in 2005. Jeff is an exceptional technician and his understanding of the new electronic lock and access control systems is second to none.

Phillip- Phillip has been at Rueschhoff's since 2000. With a keen understanding of nearly all locking systems, Phillip's mechanical grasp is uncanny. Coming from a teaching and automotive background, Phillip has a great ability to understand all that comes in front of him.

Dan- Dan has been with Rueschhoff's since 1995. Dan is the after-hours face of our company. Dan's greatest asset is cars and unlocking them for people that are having exceptionally bad days. Scenario 1. Out to the basketball game, on a date, it's raining, no keys - call Dan. Scenario 2. Went to store to get ice cream, just ran in for a second without coat, keys are in coat - call Dan.
